LASER CLOSING OF BROKEN CAPILLARIES

Spider veins most frequently appear on the face and legs. Broken capillaries on the face can create a wafer-thin net of red veins. Capillaries on legs can look like the ones on the face, or take a form of glaucous veins, showing through the skin.

How does the laser work?

The laser emits light, which enables interference into a living tissue. It directs a beam of light of precisely specified parameters. It enables performing changes in the area of the given tissue. The entire undertaking does not bear risk of complications and infection.

One treatment is all it takes, to remove small, single capillaries. However in case of strongly reddened cheeks with a net of broken capillaries, several repetitions (2-3) should be performed. It is similar with the glaucous veins (up to the diameter of 5 mm) on the legs.

Treatments are almost pain-free. In the moment of laser shot we can only sense a slight trick or a burning sensation.

If the capillary was large, there can be a bruiser, swelling or a rash visible after the treatment, which disappears within several hours or days.
