What does the Nouveau Lashes eyelash extension and thickening treatment involve?

Application of eyelashes is done with the “one on one” method. The stylist glues one synthetic lash to a natural one. The eyelashes are made of synthetic silk, which makes them resilient, shiny and looks very natural. Throughout the treatment, the Client is resting comfortably with eyes closed.

What influence does the Client have over the final effect of the treatment?

Depending on the length of own eyelashes and the anticipated effect, the eyelashes are selected according to individual needs. It is possible to apply from 70 to 120 eyelashes on every eyelid. The hairs vary in length (from 6 to 17 mm), the level of curling, thickness and color. Depending on the color of Client’s iris and individual wish, we can apply either partially or entirely the eyelashes in the color of choice: black, chestnut, violet, blue, gold, red or green. For special occasions (weddings, balls, proms, etc.) the eyelashes can be decorated with several zircons.

How long does the effect of the treatment last?

The eyelashes stay on for approximately six to eight weeks and fall out according to the biological rhythm of growth of natural eyelashes (the natural eyelash growth cycle amounts to 60-90 days). In order to maintain proper length and thickness of eyelashes, it is recommended to undergo a maintenance treatment every 2- 4 weeks, as in the course of the treatment it is not possible to determine precisely in which phase of growth a given eyelash is. Synthetic eyelashes are glued onto medium length hair, in order to avoid applying load onto new growing eyelashes. Nouveau Lashes is a method, which assumes the possibility of long-term eyelashes styling. The lashes applied with this method are water resistant.

Is it possible to use mascara on the applied Nouveau Lashes?

The effect of the treatment is so spectacular that a vast majority of the Clients no longer feel the need to put on mascara. If however, the Client wishes to apply mascara it should be oil-free. Mascaras for synthetic eyelashes can be purchased in our salons. The rest of eye make-up can be applied without any changes. Only when removing make-up it is advised to use oil-free make-up removers (which can also be purchased in our salons). To all those who use sauna or swimming pool, we recommend that a coating sealant should be used, which will extend the perfect positioning and adherence of synthetic lashes.

Do Nouveau Lashes weaken natural eyelashes?

Nouveau Lashes in no way weaken the natural hair. Synthetic eyelashes can be worn long-term, even for several years. It is significant however that Nouveau Lashes are extremely light and are not applied on hair that is “too young”.

Is it possible to remove the eyelashes without professional assistance?

You should never remove the eyelashes by yourself. If for any reason our Client wishes to remove the synthetic hair it must be done professionally in our salon, as only then we can guarantee that natural eyelashes will not be damaged in the process.

Is the treatment suitable for individuals with allergic tendencies and eye sensitivity?

Yes. The glue used in the Nouveau Lashes method is hypoallergenic. Additionally, it should be remembered that with this method the glue does not come into contact with the skin. The eyelashes are applied approximately 1-2 mm from the eyelid skin. The treatment is suitable for persons wearing eye contacts (the contact lenses should be removed before and can be reapplied directly after the treatment).

What are the contraindications for the eyelash extension and thickening treatment?

How long does the treatment take?

Depending on the number of applied eyelashes, the first treatment takes up approximately 1.5-2.5 hours. The maintenance treatments take up approximately 0.5-1.5 hours.

The cost of maintenance treatment depending on the amount of added eyelashes ranges from PLN 150 to PLN 250.
