Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a gentle and fully controlled mechanical abrasion of the callous layer of the epidermis with use of crystals. This treatment definitely improves the appearance of the skin, evens the skin, removes dead cells, stimulates cellular regeneration and results in better penetration of active ingredients. It provides instant skin oval improvement, reduces wrinkles, furrows, crow’s feet, scars, acne symptoms and hyperpigmentation of skin.
The treatment is painless and bloodless, it can be applied as a single treatment or in series of treatments.
The depth and the number of treatments are selected individually, depending on the condition of the skin, type and degree of its damage. Despite that the positive effect of microdermabrasion is visible already after the first treatment it is recommended to continue with treatments in order to prolong the spectacular effects.
Course of treatment:
Acne after 6 treatments
The first stage of the treatment consist in application of a very active, however non-irritating, gentle Enzym Peel Carem preparation onto the face and eyelids. The enzymes contained in the cream dissolve the connection between the cells of the callous epidermis. After 10 minutes we can clearly observe how the skin becomes smooth.
Scars and discolorations after 6 treatments
Then we clean the skin with the Enzym Peel Lotion with acid contents and prepare the skin for the proper part of the treatment, namely for abrasion of epidermis. This is done with an electronically controlled device, and therefore abrasion is fully controlled. It is done with a special probe with compressed air, which evenly distributes crystals that polish the skin.
Wrinkles after 6 treatments
The device is set to one out of five programmes operating with different intensity, so that specific areas of the skin are exfoliated. The gentlest programme is used on the sensitive area around the eyes, effectively eliminating crow’s feet and decreasing deep wrinkles. The more intensive programmes are used for smoothing lines and furrows on the entire face and neck. In the final stage of the treatment we apply a nourishing mask, which sooths possible irritations.
After the treatment:
- The skin can be temporarily slightly empurpled.
- On the day following the treatment the skin is bright and glowing.
- The skin is very susceptible to nourishing preparations.
- Sun exposure should be avoided (3-4 weeks after the treatment.)
