New Ultrashape VDF – the new non-invasive fatty tissue removal treatment that uses triple-strength ultrasound.
The New Ultrashape VDF treatment is a state-of-the-art, non-invasive methods of fatty tissue removal. The innovative nature of the treatment results from using the VDF technology, thanks to which fat is being removed using ultrasounds that employ three times greater strength than in the case of traditional Ultrashape treatments.
The New Ultrashape VDF treatment reduces the body circumference from 4 to 10 centimeters on average, after 3 treatments. It is often enough to undergo one treatment for its visible effects. When using the ultrasound waves, the fatty cells are “broken” on various depths, usually from 0.7 cm to 1.5 centimeter.
What will I experience during the New Ultrashape VDF treatment?
The New Ultrashape VDF treatment consists of three stages. The fist stage is a massage with the special RFVac™ head, creating underpressure and bipolar radio waves, which increase the flow of blood and lymph in the tissue, preparing the body for application of the New Ultrashape VDF ultrasounds. This stage is followed by the main stage of the treatment, consisting in breaking fatty cells with the use of the UltraShape VDF Non-thermal Focused Ultrasound. Thanks to the advanced VDF technology, the ultrasounds “break” the fatty tissue only, leaving the skin, blood vessels and the connective tissue intact. The final stage of the treatment once again consists in massage with the use of the RFVac™ head. This massage results in lymphatic drainage, which helps remove from the body triglycerides, which were released while breaking the fatty tissue. The massage is performed with the RFVac™ head, using radio waves, which additionally improves the skin tightness.

Bipolar Radio Frequency and Integrated RFVac™ Vacuum
The system combines bipolar RF modes (0.8 & 2.0 MHz) in a single device, allowing the RF therapy being performed at different tissue depths. The vacuum pulls the skin into the core of the treatment, while the RF energy is supplied in order to effectively heat the tissues underneath it. The vacuum massage can be performed without the RF energy.
What happens after the New Ultrashape VDF treatment?
After the treatment, the patient can immediately return to the daily routine. The Ultrashape VDF slimming and body shaping treatments do not require convalescence, or staying at home. The patient does not feel any pain, and the surface of the skin becomes clearly smoothened. The next treatment on the same body part can be performed after 2 weeks. What happens with fat cells?
During the New Ultrashape VDF treatment the membrane of fat cells is being torn. The released triglycerides, fats and their derivatives are transported through the lymphatic and vascular system to the liver, where it they are being treated like fat supplied together with food. No unnatural metabolic processes are required to extract the triglycerides. The results from the trial sample published by UltraShape and from other clinical trials show that the released triglycerides neither accumulate in the blood nor in the liver.

Recommendations
Two days prior to the treatment and two weeks thereafter, it is recommended to limit the consumption of fats and carbohydrates. It is also not recommended to take painkillers, antipyretic drugs or vitamin E.
