Clinical cases, in which laser removal of pigmentary changes and tattoos was used

With laser we can remove some pigmentary changes, among other lentigo, cornification (keratosis), haemosiderin, Becker’s naevus (brown patches) and Ota’s naevus (blue-black marks), café-au-lait spots, melanoderma and multicolored tattoos.

Before the treatment

The doctor shall conduct an interview with the patient, in the course of which he evaluates changes, explains the essence of the treatment and presents contraindications to its performance.
The treatment can be considered pain-free, however in case of sensation of pain or discomfort we can apply anesthesia. After the treatment, for a period of several days, one can observe increased sensitivity of the skin. Therefore, make-up should not be applied and situations that expose the skin to injuries should be avoided, this is extended to going to saunas, fitness clubs and solarium.
